  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  6. Spoon batter into a lined muffin tin (¾ full) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
