Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in caramel sauce until fully incorporated.
- Assemble the Pie:
- Place the unbaked pie crust into a pie dish. Arrange pecan halves at the bottom. Pour the caramel mixture over the pecans.
- Bake the Pie:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden. Let cool completely before serving.
