Description

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into circles (4-5 inches in diameter).
  4. Place 2 tablespoons of filling on each circle; fold over and crimp edges with a fork.
  5. Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
