- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, ginger paste, and half of the green onions. Mix gently.
- With wet hands, roll mixture into 1-2 tablespoon-sized meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and remaining green onions in a small bowl.
