  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, ginger paste, and half of the green onions. Mix gently.
  3. With wet hands, roll mixture into 1-2 tablespoon-sized meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and remaining green onions in a small bowl.
  6. Serve warm with the spicy mayo dip.
