- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, miso paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
- Marinate the Salmon: Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

- Bake the Salmon: Remove salmon from marinade and place skin-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
