  • 2 lbs pork baby back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (dark)
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rinse the pork ribs under cold water, pat dry, and trim excess fat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Generously rub the spice mixture on both sides of the ribs.
