- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 ripe avocados, diced

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Grill or boil the corn for 5-7 minutes until tender. Let cool before cutting the kernels off.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, and feta cheese. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled corn kernels with diced red onion and chopped cilantro.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and gently stir to combine.
