Description

Mini Easter Egg Cheesecake Bites are delightful, bite-sized treats that combine creamy cheesecake with chocolate eggs, making them perfect for festive celebrations or a sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate eggs (mini)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into mini muffin tins to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling into each crust until just below the top edge. Gently press a chocolate egg into each filled cup.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
