- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate eggs (mini)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into mini muffin tins to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into each crust until just below the top edge. Gently press a chocolate egg into each filled cup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
