Description

Mini Pizza Bites are the perfect bite-sized snack for any gathering, movie night, or simply when you’re craving something cheesy and delicious. Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into circles using a round cutter.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough circles on it.
  4. Spread a dollop of pizza sauce on each circle and top generously with shredded mozzarella.
