Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp pure mint extract
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and cocoa powder over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Whisk in the sugar until fully combined, then add eggs one at a time until glossy.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour and salt. Gradually fold this into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Add mint extract and chocolate chips, folding gently to combine.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
