Instructions
- Juice the lemons until you have one cup of fresh lemon juice.
- In a large pitcher, muddle the mint leaves gently to release their oils.
- Add sugar or honey to the muddled mint and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in the lemon juice and cold water, mixing well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or serve immediately over ice.
