Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, stir in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans, walnuts, or chocolate chips.
