Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
