Description

  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated croissant dough
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a slice of mozzarella and two slices of pepperoni at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the point, sealing the ends.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Brush this mixture over each roll.
  6. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake on a lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
