  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan and chill.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Once set, remove from the pan and add optional toppings before slicing.
