  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (65g)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (50g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (60g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and Nutella together until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in both sugars until fully combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt; fold gently to combine without overmixing.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are set but center is still gooey.
  6. Allow cooling completely before cutting into squares.
