- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix together oats, chopped nuts, cinnamon, baking powder, and dried fruits.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the banana mixture along with nut butter and maple syrup until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
