Ingredients

  • 4 ripe passion fruits
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 1/3 cup sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Cut each passion fruit in half and scoop the pulp into a blender.
  2. Add mint leaves, lime juice, sugar or honey, and cold water to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, leaving some chunks if desired. Adjust sweetness with more sugar or lime juice as needed.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of space at the top.
  5. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To serve, remove from molds and enjoy immediately.
