  • 1 cup water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can (15 oz) peaches in juice, drained and chopped

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pound cake mix, water, eggs, and oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla extract gently.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown. A toothpick should come out clean.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. While cooling, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; add powdered sugar gradually to taste.
  7. Slice the cooled cake into twinkie-sized pieces and layer with whipped cream and extra peach slices. Dust with powdered sugar.
