  • 2 ripe peaches, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
