- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats

Instructions
- Rinse 1 cup of quinoa under cold water and cook according to package instructions until fluffy (about 15 minutes). Let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and ½ cup of honey (or maple syrup), stirring until smooth.
- Gradually mix in 2 cups of rolled oats and the cooled quinoa. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and press down firmly to spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once set, lift out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
