Ingredients

  • 12 pre-made dinner roll dough balls (thawed if frozen)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and arrange the dough balls with some space in between for rising.
  2. Let Rise:
    • Cover the rolls loosely with a damp cloth and let them rise in a warm place for 30–40 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  3. Bake the Rolls:
    • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  4. Make Garlic Butter:
    • While the rolls bake, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Brush & Serve:
    • Remove the rolls from the oven and immediately brush them with the garlic butter. Sprinkle with sea salt for extra flavor. Serve warm!

Notes

  • For a hint of sweetness, add a drizzle of honey to the garlic butter.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
