- 12 pre-made dinner roll dough balls (thawed if frozen)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and arrange the dough balls with some space in between for rising.
- Let Rise:
- Cover the rolls loosely with a damp cloth and let them rise in a warm place for 30–40 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Bake the Rolls:
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Make Garlic Butter:
- While the rolls bake, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Brush & Serve:
- Remove the rolls from the oven and immediately brush them with the garlic butter. Sprinkle with sea salt for extra flavor. Serve warm!
Notes
- For a hint of sweetness, add a drizzle of honey to the garlic butter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
- If using homemade dough, adjust baking time as needed.
