- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Add ground beef and garlic; cook until browned (7-8 minutes).
