- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion until translucent (about 5-7 minutes). Add bell pepper; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add steak along with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until just browned (3-4 minutes).
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the steak mixture and sprinkle with cheese on one end of each rectangle; roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
