  • 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll them into golf ball-sized dough balls.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the dough balls with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian herbs until evenly coated.
  4. Layer half of the mixture in the bundt pan and drizzle with half of the melted butter. Add the remaining mixture on top.
  5. Pour the rest of the melted butter over the top layer; sprinkle additional garlic powder if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before flipping onto a platter. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
