- 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a pie dish and set aside.
- Layer Ingredients: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, olives, green pepper, and sausage (if using). Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake: Brush the edges of the pie crust with olive oil. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve: Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm!
