  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until moistened. Press into an 8-inch square baking dish for the crust.
  2. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree with cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the remaining whipped topping and layer over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
