- 8 oz linguine pasta

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts; cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Lower the heat, add remaining butter, sour cream, and Italian seasoning; stir until creamy.
- Toss cooked linguine in the skillet with the sauce and chicken until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
