Description

These Raspberry Bliss Cheesecake Bites are creamy, fruity, and perfectly portioned. A delightful no-bake treat for parties or a sweet indulgence!

 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

 


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into mini cupcake liners or silicone molds. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Filling: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon or pipe the mixture onto the prepared crusts.
  3. Add Raspberry Swirl: Top each cheesecake bite with a small dollop of raspberry jam. Use a toothpick to swirl it into the cream cheese layer.
  4. Chill & Garnish: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.

 

Notes

  • Use a piping bag for a neater presentation.
  • Substitute raspberry jam with strawberry or blueberry jam for variety.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
