- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Mince garlic and wash spinach thoroughly.
- Boil salted water in a large pot, add paccheri, and cook for 12-14 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add spinach; cook until wilted but bright green.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, sautéed spinach, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Fill each cooked paccheri with the ricotta mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place stuffed paccheri in a baking dish with marinara sauce at the bottom. Top with more sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
