- 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Sear the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add remaining butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened. If desired, add white wine.
- Mix in lemon juice and parsley, then return the salmon to the skillet to coat with sauce.
