  • 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup peeled and deveined shrimp (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the shrimp until pink, then gently add the crab meat until warmed through.
  3. In another saucepan, combine cream cheese and heavy cream over low heat. Stir until smooth, then season with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the creamy sauce at the bottom, followed by lasagna noodles, seafood mixture, chopped spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden on top.
  6. Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
