Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Add green food coloring until you achieve your desired shade of green.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on wire racks before decorating.
