  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup peach BBQ sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent (about 5 minutes).
