  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on parchment-lined trays.
  4. Smoke the meatballs for about 1 hour or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C), basting with BBQ sauce in the last 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the smoker and let rest briefly before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
