- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on parchment-lined trays.
- Smoke the meatballs for about 1 hour or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C), basting with BBQ sauce in the last 15 minutes.
- Remove from the smoker and let rest briefly before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
