  • 2 pounds baby back pork ribs
  • 2 ripe peaches, chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Hot sauce for added heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse and pat dry the pork ribs.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine ketchup, chopped peaches, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir until well mixed.
  3. Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and generously brush both sides with the BBQ sauce.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for about 2.5 hours until tender.
  5. Remove foil, increase temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes until caramelized.
