  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 inches fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced

  • 2 tbsp chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
