Description

Indulge in this flaky spinach stuffed pie filled with creamy ricotta and tangy feta, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (lightly sautéed)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to fit your baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine sautéed spinach, ricotta, feta, eggs, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Place one layer of puff pastry in your baking dish. Spread the filling evenly over the pastry and cover with another layer.
  4. Seal the edges by pressing down and cut small vent holes in the top crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
