- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 2 cups fresh spinach (lightly sautéed)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to fit your baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine sautéed spinach, ricotta, feta, eggs, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Place one layer of puff pastry in your baking dish. Spread the filling evenly over the pastry and cover with another layer.
- Seal the edges by pressing down and cut small vent holes in the top crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
