  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or softened cream cheese for Spiderweb Topping
  • 2 tbsp milk for Spiderweb Topping

Instructions

  1. Spread refried beans evenly in a serving dish.
  2. Layer guacamole over the beans without mixing.
  3. Gently spread sour cream on top of the guacamole.
  4. Sprinkle diced tomatoes over the sour cream layer.
  5. Add shredded cheese until well-covered.
  6. Garnish with sliced olives and chopped green onions for color.
  7. To create the spiderweb topping, mix sour cream or cream cheese with milk until smooth. Pipe concentric circles on top of the dip and drag a toothpick through them to form a web.
