  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 ears fresh corn, roasted
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for searing

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
