Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100g)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped kale in olive oil for about 5 minutes until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, minced garlic, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the sliced sweet potatoes in the baking dish, followed by the sautéed kale. Drizzle some cream mixture over each layer until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
