Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (14 oz) corn kernels, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 4 cups chicken or beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, tortilla chips, fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Meat:
    • In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics:
