  • 2 tsp taco seasoning

  • 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Place upright in a baking dish.
