This hearty sandwich features layers of savory meats, creamy provolone cheese, and a vibrant olive salad, all nestled within a sturdy sesame-seeded round loaf. Ingredients

– 1 round sesame-seeded loaf (10-12 inches)
– 8 ounces mortadella, thinly sliced
– 4 ounces salami (Genoa or spicy pepperoni), thinly sliced
– 6 ounces provolone cheese, thinly sliced
– 1 cup olive salad (mix of green and black olives, garlic, celery, carrots, herbs)


Instructions

1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the bread in half horizontally without cutting all the way through.
2. Toast the bread lightly if desired. Spread half of the olive salad on one half of the bread.
3. Layer mortadella, salami, and provolone cheese on top of the olive salad. Add remaining olive salad before topping with the other half of the bread.
