  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).

  4. Gradually incorporate the flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and toffee bits.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. The center should be soft but not jiggly.
