Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until pale. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually fold the dry mix into the egg yolk mixture until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the batter.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and cinnamon in a bowl while the cake bakes.
