  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, sautéed onions and garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Warm cranberry sauce in a saucepan; toss the baked meatballs in the sauce before serving.
