  • 1 (8 oz) package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy; then blend in sugar and sour cream until combined.
