- Fresh broccoli florets

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, add spaghetti or linguine. Cook until al dente according to package instructions (about 10 minutes).
- Sauté Garlic and Broccoli: In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Toss in broccoli florets and cook until bright green (about 3 minutes).
- Add Shrimp: Once the broccoli is ready, add the peeled shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes).
- Combine Everything: Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water. Toss it into the skillet with lemon juice and zest.
- Season and Serve: Mix well to coat everything in zesty flavor. If too dry, add reserved cooking water gradually. Season with salt, pepper, and optional Parmesan cheese before serving hot.
