- Ripe bananas

- Dried yeast

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas, then mix in sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the kneaded dough into an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- For the filling, mix softened butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Roll out risen dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly over the surface.
- Roll tightly from one end to another, slice into 1-2 inch pieces, and place in greased baking dishes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling slightly, whisk powdered sugar with milk to create a glaze; drizzle over warm rolls.
