Description

Delightful bite-sized desserts with a flaky crust, luscious cream filling, and fresh berries that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour and cold butter until crumbly.
  2. Blend in softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Press the mixture into mini muffin tins evenly and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Allow the shells to cool completely before filling.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine fresh berries with lemon juice.
  6. Spoon the berry mixture into each cooled tartlet shell and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
