- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour and cold butter until crumbly.
- Blend in softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Press the mixture into mini muffin tins evenly and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow the shells to cool completely before filling.
- In a separate bowl, combine fresh berries with lemon juice.
- Spoon the berry mixture into each cooled tartlet shell and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
